Our Story

Shadow Corner's journey began on TikTok in 2020 as a simple vlog documenting my personal voyage into spirituality and the pursuit of faith, especially during the darkest periods of life. Initially, it served as a platform for me to share tips on navigating the challenging path of self-discovery and resilience in the face of adversity. This endeavor, unexpectedly, became a transformative experience for me as it helped me find my own voice. Throughout my upbringing, I had often been discouraged from expressing myself, but Shadow Corner empowered me to embrace and share my unique perspective. Growing up, it often felt like I had to navigate life's challenges without any guidance on how to confront the root causes of pain and initiate the healing process. I learned through observation, self-reflection, and spiritual guidance, analyzing my own behavior and the experiences of others.

As time went on, something extraordinary started to unfold. I began to recognize my innate ability to assist others in healing from their traumas, overcoming relationship hurdles, breaking through mental barriers, and making critical life decisions. This realization marked the birth of my career as a Shadow Work Coach. My strong intuition allowed me to read people deeply, tuning in to the unspoken words and emotions that lay beneath the surface. Today, I dedicate my time to helping individuals create a safe space within themselves. I guide them in establishing healthy boundaries and empower them to pursue their life goals with confidence and determination. Shadow Corner has evolved from a personal vlog into a platform for transformation and healing, and I'm honored to continue this journey of growth and empowerment with all those who seek my guidance.

Social Impact

First Episode of Couch Talk

One year after the launch of Shadow Corner, I felt a strong desire to create something deeply personal. The inspiration for this project came from a profound moment in my life: the passing of my beloved Aunt Deb. I fondly reminisced about the times we would sit together, sharing stories and catching up on the various facets of our lives. She generously imparts her wisdom in these conversations, offering valuable advice and insights about navigating the world's complexities. It was during these cherished moments that the seeds of "Coach Talk" were sown, along with other content series like "Monday Mindfulness," "Thursday PSA," and the most recent addition, "Word for Thought." These offerings are a tribute to the wisdom she and my mother bestowed upon me and a way to share their invaluable life lessons with others.

The Birth of our Podcast!

Throughout my personal journey of self-discovery and shadow work, I came to a profound realization: that teachers are forged through the crucible of their own mistakes and missteps, and it is within these experiences that golden nuggets of wisdom are unearthed. It was this newfound understanding that served as the driving force behind the creation of the Shadow Corner podcast. Not only did I want to share the wisdom I had accumulated and passed on to friends and family, but I also saw it as an opportunity for my own growth as a coach.

Moreover, my intention was to establish a safe and nurturing space within myself, a platform where the inner child, the adolescent, and the adult within me could each take the microphone and share their unique stories and experiences. By doing so, I aimed to give voice to these different facets of myself, allowing them to express their truths and find healing and validation in the process.
